Morning Mist

Early morning in December 2010 ferries leaving for the south shore slowly disapear in the mist. The passengers are only 10 minutes away from Konak but they hardly see the shore.

The aim is to reproduce what we once were able to do in the dark-room with photo-enlargers. There is no heavy rework with editing software. The aim is to be as close as possible to what I intent to capture, just as it is: the composition is made by chance, anyone or Mother Nature, the settings and the click are made by my myself.

Still-life/Studio photographs, compositions and essays may see some more intensive laboratory work but it is still photography not digital artwork.
