Here is a quiet scape of the Izmir north shore. An Iphone shot this time, I was somehow like lazy this evening :)

In the summer time the Izmir gulf shoreline is crowded and it is the year best time for the chapman and ambulant sellers of all sort of stuff. Here are the corn merchant, these shots are from the last years and still made from 35mm B&W films.
Foça is a small city on the Aegean littoral just an hour away in the north of Izmir. One reaches the city after crossing the Gediz plain and two sharp but small valleys. The city is a very ancient Ionian port and used to count hundreds of commercial vessels in its protected natural harbours. People of Foça founded colonies like Marseille, Antibes or Nice.
